Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our Technical Training team. The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. This role requires the ability to execute all aspects of video production, storyboarding including shooting, editing, and color grading, as well as setting up and operating equipment for both in-studio and on-location shoots. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Articulate 360, project management experience, understanding of instructional design methodologies such as the ADDIE model.

Key Responsibilities:

·   Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create engaging and compelling video content and instructional materials.

·   Execute all areas of video production, from planning and shooting to editing and color grading, to produce high-quality videos that meet project objectives and deadlines.

·   Set up and operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production gear for both in-studio and on-location shoots, ensuring optimal audio and visual quality.

·   Apply a strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory to enhance the visual appeal and educational effectiveness of instructional materials.

·   Demonstrate proficiency in instructional design methodologies, including the ADDIE model, with experience in implementing Backward Design as a plus.

·   Utilize Articulate Storyline 360 to develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules and courses.

·   Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to storyboard video concepts, manage projects effectively, and design assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

·   Bachelor's degree in Videography, Multimedia Design, Instructional Design, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience required.

·   Working knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

·   Demonstrate ability to execute all areas of video production, including shooting, editing, and color grading.

·   Experience setting up and operating cameras, lights, microphones, and other production equipment for in-studio and on-location shoots.

·   Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.

·   Familiarity with instructional design methodologies, such as the ADDIE model, with experience implementing Backwards learning as a plus.

·   Experience using Articulate Storyline 360 to develop interactive e-learning content.

·   Proven ability to storyboard video concepts, manage projects, and design learning assessments.

·   Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·   Creative mindset and attention to detail, with a passion for creating innovative and impactful instructional materials.
