Qualifications: 

  • Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Instructional Design, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CSP, CHMM, CIT).
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 8 years in HES roles with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, technical training, and systems management.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalent).
    • Strong data analytics skills, including experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for reporting and visualization.
    • Familiarity with systems integration, automation, and digital training platforms.
    • Deep knowledge of DOT, EPA, OSHA, and USCG regulations.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
