QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Skills/Knowledge:

 

·         Exhibits excellent self-starting and self-motivational skills, as well as the ability to inspire, motivate and develop staff.

·         Demonstrates strong sales and sales management skills.

·         Well-organized and uses time effectively. 

·         Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.  Communicates ideas clearly and concisely and in a logical fashion.

·         Possesses entrepreneurial business skills and a thorough understanding of standard business practices.

·         Demonstrates strong math and finance skills.

·         Able to interpret strategic direction and make appropriate decisions with minimum supervision.  Knows when to ask for help. 

·         Mechanical aptitude very helpful.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

 

Education/Training:

·         College degree in Business or related field is preferred

·         Technical or sales experience in lubricants

·          Advanced degree in Business is preferred.

 

Experience:

 

·         Ten years business experience, with at least five years in sales and management.

·         5 years of supervisory experience.

Director of Sales & Marketing
