Supervisor – DOT Compliance
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience.
Required Experience is commensurate with the selected job Level:
The Supervisor position requires 8+ years of relevant job-related experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to demonstrate strong personal effectiveness skills including leadership, integrity, trust, problem solving, decision-making, organizational effectiveness and results oriented approach.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and associates and perform well in a team environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with legal, engineering, technical specialists, regulatory agencies, field personnel and the staff of other internal organizations.
- Ability to demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Code of Conduct, and other Company policies and procedures, and successfully complete all required training courses.
- Ability to demonstrate and utilize effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate respect for all individuals and adhere to the Company’s values and business practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Ability to use computer software proficiently, including spreadsheets, database, word processing and presentation software.
- Ability to provide a valid state driver's license, present and maintain a good driving record and to operate company vehicles, if necessary, safely and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Federal and State permitting, licensing, and reporting and/or Regulatory Compliance experience.

- Ability to operate a laptop or personal computer and office equipment, including copiers, scanners, telephones, and mobile phones.
- Ability to view a laptop screen or personal computer monitor for extended periods of time.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work successfully in an office environment.
- Ability to work overtime as needed or required to meet established deadlines or agency deadline requirements.
- Ability to exert up to ten pounds of force occasionally, and/or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to bend and stoop for filing.
