Terminal Supervisor (Honolulu, Hawaii)
This role has a current pay range of $120,000 - $140,000. The listed pay range represents the company’s good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base rate of pay for this position at the time of this posting. The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on their work location, qualifications, relevant experience, operational needs, demonstrated performance over time, and internal pay alignment.

Position Summary
Responsible for all terminal activities related to the receipt, storage, and disposition of customers’ products.
Experience & Qualifications
5 to 8+ years of experience in product movement and/or operations
Safety and hazard training, including spill response for pipeline and marine operations (preferred)
Supervisory or management experience working with customers
Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Certification or formal training in mechanics (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to independently verify work for accuracy
Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and schedules
Ability to work effectively in stressful situations and manage multiple tasks
Ability to independently perform job responsibilities with limited supervision
Ability to take direction from supervisors
Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
Major Accountabilities
Maintain safety, environmental compliance, and operational integrity related to the receipt and storage of customer products across multiple transportation methods.
Supervise employees and ensure fair, consistent task assignments.
Train and develop department personnel.
Perform daily physical inspections and prepare equipment and operations status reports.
Operate equipment required for daily operations and conduct laboratory analyses.
Prepare daily and monthly reports, material requisitions, and service requisitions.
Evaluate employees’ daily activities and support performance reviews.
Deliver daily, weekly, and annual reports to management, internal departments, and customers in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Reduce risks to public safety and the environment while minimizing company liability through efficient product movement.
Education Requirement
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

The employee must also operate heavy equipment, climb 48’ tanks, railcars, and other transport equipment, and wear protective equipment including respirators. Manual tasks such as tank gauging, tank sampling, and line pigging are required.
