General Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and insure safe conditions at the Store
- Learn the functions and responsibilities of the General Manager position
- Successfully complete the On the Job Training (OJT) modules
- Operate the store and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed as directed by the Area Manager
Qualifications/Experience/Education:
- Excellent communication, customer service and leadership skills required
- Minimum of 1 year Retail management or relevant experience required.
- Proficient computer and accounting skills
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds and operate a dolly/handcart for heavier items
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred, or equivalent experience
