Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
Minimum Experience:
- Knowledgeable in Project Management best practices
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers as well as all levels of management
- Able to set and conduct management routines to keep teams on track with established, aggressive timelines
- Critical decision-making skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work with within the oil & gas industry would be a plus, not required.
- Experience working in a Program or Project office as an analyst or project manager preferred
- PMP Certification with current / working knowledge and experience, preferred
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Jira, SharePoint, Visio, SmartSheets, etc.)
Job level of candidate is commensurate with experience:
- Analyst level requires 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
- Senior Analyst level requires 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- Lead Analyst level requires 8+ years of relevant job related experience
