Essential Requirements: Experience, Educational & Special Training Required

 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or additional equivalent experience.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Above average general hardware and software computer skills necessary to support the configuration, implementation, and use of the Infor EAM (CMMS).
  • Experience in implementation and administration of Company- wide change-driven programs
  • Above average analytical skills related to various maintenance activities.
  • Is “process-oriented”, able to aid in work flow process development, documentation, and compliance with procedures
  • Possesses a high level of initiative, is able to work effectively under pressure with changing priorities and with minimum supervision.
  • Possesses effective analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and is able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
  • Is a “team player” with strong interpersonal skills
  • Possesses a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite
  • Can meet requirements of State and Federal regulations governing vehicle operations
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of total work days for inspection, data gathering, and audit purposes
  • Position may also require some travel for temporary assignments, meetings, and training.
  Preferred Skills:
 
  • 2 years minimum “hands-on” experience in Mechanical Maintenance, Equipment Reliability or other schedule-driven maintenance integrity crafts.  Regulatory compliance experience in this area preferred
  • 2 years minimum experience in commercial database management related to asset and work order management  
  • In-depth knowledge of general commercial CMMS system structure, functionality, navigation and reporting capability.
  • Thorough knowledge of plant and gathering system operations and maintenance-based activities.
 

Special Characteristics/Job Requirements:

 
  • Able to function in round-the-clock gas gathering & processing environment
  • Able to work in a plant and pipeline field operations work environment.
  • Able to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods
  • The incumbent may be required to learn duties associated with one or more specific areas of the operation depending on the operational need and the employee’s demonstrated abilities.
