Requirements

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with technical analyst skills preferred, or
  • Associate degree in Corrosion Technology, Pipeline Integrity Technology, or related degree, or two years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of required for Analyst level
  • 0-2 years for Associate Analyst Level with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent abilities operating personal computers and office computer software (Microsoft Office)
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations (i.e., DOT, PHMSA, OHSA, EPA, and FERC).
  • Knowledge of pipeline operations, design, or maintenance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivator with the ability to perform effectively under minimal supervision
  • Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
  • The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work indoors, in an office environment.
  • Occasional overnight travel for training or conferences may be required
