Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years in related business experience.
2 years instructional design experience
Proficient in Microsoft office products suite.
Ability to manage work load independently and deliver timely and accurate results.
Demonstrate organization, attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to direct initiatives and processes.
Self-motivated individual with a high regard for integrity and excellent written skills.
Quick learner able to multi-task, prioritize work and adapt to a changing fast paced environment.
Able to handle differing levels of responsibilities, including clerical if necessary, to accomplish the job
Ability to quickly learn new software and applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years instructional design experience with knowledge and experience in other instructional design skills, such as animation or video adaptation
Experience in data analytics software (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Industry knowledge and experience
FERC and Texas Railroad Commission agency knowledge
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Usually, normal office working conditions.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
