Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

 
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years in related business experience.

  • 2 years instructional design experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft office products suite.

  • Ability to manage work load independently and deliver timely and accurate results.

  • Demonstrate organization, attention to detail and communication skills.

  • Ability to direct initiatives and processes.

  • Self-motivated individual with a high regard for integrity and excellent written skills.

  • Quick learner able to multi-task, prioritize work and adapt to a changing fast paced environment.

  • Able to handle differing levels of responsibilities, including clerical if necessary, to accomplish the job

  • Ability to quickly learn new software and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years instructional design experience with knowledge and experience in other instructional design skills, such as animation or video adaptation

  • Experience in data analytics software (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

  • Industry knowledge and experience

  • FERC and Texas Railroad Commission agency knowledge

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • Usually, normal office working conditions.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.

  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.

  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
