Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, knowledge, skills & abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or information security or High School diploma with equivalent work experience.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience with experience in cybersecurity preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Sans Security Awareness Professional, CompTIA Security +) are a plus.
- ITIL Certification preferred, strong understanding of ITIL tools, processes and terminology a plus.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written/oral communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job:
- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
