Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or additional equivalent related experience preferred.
  • 0-2 years of analytical experience, preferably in the gas transmission or similar industry, in cost or budget analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft software.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with all levels of organization.
  • Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent assignments.
  • Must be team player, self-motivated with high level of energy and creativity.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Extended workday may be required on short notice.

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.

 

Normal office working conditions.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.

Occasion travel, including overnight stays, may be required due to administrative support requirements of other locations within the area.

Occasional visits to settings which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, requiring appropriate personal protective equipment.
