To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
2. Must have excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and administrative skills
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Positive customer service attitude and approach at all times
5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced high volume environment
6. Ability to independently administer daily process flows
Education and/or Experience:
1. 2+ years of relevant human resources experience including 1+ years of system driven process coordination and administration in a high volume environment
2. High school diploma
3. Professional HR Certification a plus
