Essential Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Environmental experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or additional equivalent experience in lieu of the degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional administrative skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple activities and programs timely and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Computer savvy, Microsoft Office Suite consisting of Word, Excel, Project PowerPoint, as well as Adobe.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Interpersonal skills - high degree of interaction with a variety of groups from field construction personnel and internal personnel (engineering, operations, management). Team-oriented and self-directed. Has the ability to be proactive rather than reactive.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with EH&S software systems.
Special Characteristics/Job Requirements:
  • Must be willing to travel to/from off-site facilities for multiple days per trip.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often required to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear, smell, type and write.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work indoors and outdoors, and exposed to year around weather conditions, ocean environment, noise, and occasionally process gases and vapors.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Subject to drug and alcohol testing, per applicable federal regulations or as required by Energy Transfer.
  • Required to safely operate a company vehicle.
