Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or additional equivalent experience in lieu of the degree.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional administrative skills.

Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Organized and able to manage multiple activities and programs timely and with a high degree of accuracy.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Computer savvy, Microsoft Office Suite consisting of Word, Excel, Project PowerPoint, as well as Adobe.

Valid driver’s license.

Interpersonal skills - high degree of interaction with a variety of groups from field construction personnel and internal personnel (engineering, operations, management). Team-oriented and self-directed. Has the ability to be proactive rather than reactive.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with EH&S software systems.
- Must be willing to travel to/from off-site facilities for multiple days per trip.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often required to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear, smell, type and write.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work indoors and outdoors, and exposed to year around weather conditions, ocean environment, noise, and occasionally process gases and vapors.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Subject to drug and alcohol testing, per applicable federal regulations or as required by Energy Transfer.
- Required to safely operate a company vehicle.
