Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of SCADA systems, plant, pipeline, and compressor components:

including pneumatic, electrical, and software associated with each.

• Diagnose and correct problems associated with PLC's and electrical systems & control

• Read and use drawings and schematics, including Electrical, Pneumatic and P&ID.

• Extensive knowledge of DOT 192 as it pertains to required testing and documentation

plants and compressor stations.

• Understanding of the National Electric Code and OSHA 1910 as it relates to electrical s

• Able to support call out/on call requirements.

Required education or minimum level:

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Associates degree in Instrumentation preferred but not required.

• State Electrical License preferred but not required.

Experience:

• Minimum five years’ experience maintaining Motor Controls, Relay logic, RTU's, I and associated end-devices.

• The ability to plan, organize projects, and work with minimum supervision.

• Minimum two years’ experience troubleshooting and maintaining engine controls.

Software Knowledge:

• Microsoft Office, Caterpillar ET

• In Touch Wonderware, Allen Bradley RSLogix

Physical requirements:

• Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Work extended hours as required in emergency, on projects, or during outages.

• Must be able to work in hot, cold, or inclement weather.
