Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with technical solutions. This role will lead requirements gathering, facilitate stakeholder workshops, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and support hands-on system configuration. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a solid technical foundation in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to gather and refine business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical Salesforce solutions.
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business processes and best practices.
- Perform hands-on configuration within Salesforce (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards).
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Drive solution design discussions and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Support testing, deployment, and user adoption activities.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and optimization opportunities.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to overall delivery leadership.
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and customer experience ).
- Proven experience leading workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, or BA certification).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to integrations and APIs.
- Experience with reporting and dashboard design in Salesforce.

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
