Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  • ·        Bachelor’s degree in related field, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.

    ·         Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM, specifically Payroll, Benefits and GL.

    ·         Strong knowledge of PS Query, system configuration, and reporting tools.

    ·         Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and implement new systems and processes independently.

    ·         Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.

    ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    ·         Experience with other ERP systems is a plus, but not required.

    ·         Experience with International HR, Benefits and/or Payroll a plus, but not required.

    ·         Knowledge of ADP tables and configuration a plus, but not required.

     Working Conditions:

    The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

    ·         Usually, normal office working conditions. 

    ·         Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
