Requirements: Education and/or experience, knowledge, skills & abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems or related field
- At least 8+ years of IT support/working experience with Quorum software products (TIPS, QDOD).
- Extensive knowledge of Crystal Reports
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle relational databases (i.e. PL/SQL)
Preferred Qualifications: Education and/or experience, knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Experience with Messenger+
- Experience with Allegro Horizon
- Experience with QPTM
- Experience with SAP Business Objects
- Experience with Microsoft VSTS/Azure DevOps, TFS or GIT
- Experience with SQL Server Management Studio and T-SQL
- Experience with Microsoft SSRS
Working Conditions: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
1. Usually, normal office working conditions.
2. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
3. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
