Lead Specialist- IT SAP MM

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of Energy industry related experience.
• Functional/technical proficiency with at least 5+ full life cycle SAP. implementations and 7+ years of industry and/or consulting experience in SAP MM and LE solutions.
• Knowledge of IM/WM/PP/QM, Inter-company/Intra-company STO process.
• Understands SAP best-practices, business processes, operational procedures and the relationships between PP- WM-IM-QM-SD Modules.
• Understand technical architecture and use of solutions such as Fiori.
• Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
• Ability to perform configuration, debugging and enhancement design for solutions.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes such as Agile, Waterfall etc.
• Strong tracking, coordination, and project planning skills.
• Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines.
• Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards.
• Elicit, communicate, and manage solution requirements.
• Quickly understand business needs and translate that understanding into solutions, including identifying opportunities for process and system performance.
• Must have a demonstrated strong desire to excel and be committed to building eminence.
   

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

• The Senior IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
• The Lead IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
• The Principal IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant job related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Midstream Oil & Gas industry is a plus
• SAP Certification is a plus
• Knowledge and previous experience supporting OpenText VIM
• Minimum 4 years direct experience designing, implementing and supporting OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and its related processes and solutions (Archive Server, IES, Intelligent capture and Machine learning).
• Minimum 2 years experience in OpenText Cloud Supplier Network Portals and integrations with VIM.
• Deal with the newest SAP Process Integration product releases such as Process Integration and Process Orchestration, versions S4 HANA 1809 and SAP S4 HANA 2021 and OpenText VIM.
• Knowledge of SAP Procurement and Finance solutions as they relate to invoice management.

• Usually, normal office working conditions.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. 
• Occasional overnight travel may be required. 
• This position is an onsite position located in our Dallas, TX Office.
