Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
· Eight (8) years’ directly related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
· 8+ years of electrical industrial experience (or approved equivalent)
· Licensed electrical Journeyman
- Trouble shooting and maintaining control systems
- Develops and modifies control logic to meet changes in equipment or equipment operating conditions.
· Candidate must possess extensive knowledge of Rockwell PLC Logix and Panel View programming
· Assists engineering teams in the development of Capital projects related to liquid measurement/pumping facility equipment to include: A.) Identification of Projects, B.) Project Justification, C.) Project prioritizing and work scopes, D.) Project Management, E.) Project Commissioning
· Coordinate Functional Acceptance Testing support at LACT and Booster Pump fabricators
· Candidate must possess effective written & verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills and a willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
· Candidate must be a self-starter, have good organizational skills and be able to accept constantly changing priorities.
· Willingness to work in an environment where compensation is tied to performance and skill level.
· Incumbent is required to carry a cell phone and is subject to call out 24 hours a day at any time for emergency response, 7 days a week and extended workdays and/or workweeks.
· Candidate must have proven safe driving record and valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Inspection certification in an inspection area (i.e. API500, ANSI/ISA-RP12, NEC 70E, IEEE 4-2013, IEEE 120-123, IEEE 519)
- Strong knowledge of the applicable sections of industry codes and standards such as 49 CFR 192 & 195, 29 CFR 1910, 29 CFR 1926
- Allen Bradley Logix Level 1 & 2 certification
- Industrial electronics experience
- Ability to infer from design to construction completion.
- Ability to develop construction standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction contracts, change orders, notices etc.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate financial resolution for construction contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage all third-party resources under their direction so they consistently meet all of their contractual requirements.
- Ability to read construction plans/drawings.
- Strong report development writing ability (customer and schedule reporting).
- Excellent construction management leadership skills.
- Establish and maintain constructive and positive working relationships with external and internal customers.
- Ability to work and participate in a team-based environment to accomplish assignments.
- Fulfill commitments made to peers, co-workers, supervisors and customers; takes personal responsibility for seeing efforts through to completion and/or makes tough decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).

Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
· Job duties are performed outside in all types of inclement weather.
· Occasional overnight travel may be required.
· Frequent visits to industrial/manufacturing settings which may include hazardous materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment with high daily pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work non-standard work hours as needed or required to meet established deadlines
