Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree, and 10+ years of relevant work experience with increasing levels of responsibility preferred.
Minimum Experience:
- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in Data Program, Data Governance or Data Management functions
- Well versed in Data Quality best practices
- Effective communicator and prior experience interacting with all levels of management, including executive management
- 4+ years of people management and leadership experience
- Able to set and conduct management routines to keep teams on track with established, aggressive timelines
- Presentation preparation and delivery experience
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work with within the oil & gas industry would be a plus, not required.
- Experience standing up a Data Program, and establishing enterprise processes and guidelines
- Expert knowledge of Master Data Management applications (i.e. Informatica, SAP MDG, Riversand, Profisee, EnerHub, etc.)

- Usual, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Up to 15% overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
