Required education or minimum level:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related Business discipline

Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum of eight years direct experience working in an HR generalist role 
  • May require 25% travel with some overnight stay
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and coaching skills, a positive attitude, and respond quickly and professionally to client requests
  • Possess practical and objective problem-solving skills and work effectively and diplomatically with all levels of the organization
  • Possess high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills, able to discuss HR issues with employees of all backgrounds
  • Must be self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects and changing priorities and frequently heavy workloads which may require work in addition to normal working hours
  • Function well in a strong service culture and support field personnel at all levels
  • Able to manage multiple high priority projects with competing deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
