- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
- 8-10 years of experience marketing products and/or services in the B2B industry required.
- 5-7 years of experience in the fuel, retail, or CPG industry preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B marketing and managing strategic partner relationships.
- Must be a strategic thinker with the ability to support the development and execution of strategic plans that align to business objectives.
- Prior experience developing strategies to market products and/or services in the B2B industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with other departments and functions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to formulate strategies to support company objectives, often working in an environment with significant whitespace.
- Experience overseeing market, competitor and customer research to gather insights and assess market opportunities.
- Ability to create value propositions and messaging strategies.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguity by combining innovative solutions with the horsepower to execute them.
- Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Up to 30% travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing setting may be required which could cause exposure to hazardous materials such as combustible, flammable, toxic, carcinogenic and other chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery.
