Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- High school diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of progressively responsible roles in information security including most, if not all, of the following (required):
- Vulnerability management
- SIEM
- Incident handling, response, and forensics
- Intrusion detection and prevention
- Anti-malware
- Cloud computing security
- Knowledge of core networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Experience with security tools and solutions such as Identity and Access Management, SIEM, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management Systems, and Penetration Testing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Java
- SAML
- Familiar with Unified Threat Management
- Familiar with Firewall and proxy administration
- Experience with policy writing and enforcement
- Experience with Cisco’s security suite of products, LogRhythm, Carbon Black, and Cylance. (or a combination thereof)
- Familiarity with ITIL
- CISSP or other security certifications
- Ability to perform security testing and validation
- Experience with "ethical hacking"/penetration testing
- Experience identifying vulnerabilities in infrastructure and software
- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged period of sitting or standing.
- Occasional travel may be required.
