- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Strong mechanical background with working knowledge of engines, electric motors, compressors, valves, and work equipment and tools.
- Physical ability required to perform the essential elements of the position, including shoveling, painting, lifting, working in extreme high and low temperatures, and general manual labor.
- Able to develop the ability to interpret, use, and follow piping schematics, drawings, maps, and operating procedures.
Working Conditions:
- Must live or relocate to within 40 miles of the reporting location.
- Required to progress to a skilled position within three years.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license, have a safe driving record, and be committed to operate and maintain company vehicles and other equipment in accordance with company guidelines and manufacturer published operating manual.
- The position is subject to call-outs during off-duty hours, including weekends.
- The position may require some travel.
