Requirements: Education and/or experience, knowledge, skills & abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or additional commensurate work experience.
- 3 -8 years of analytical experience in a related area to have a working knowledge of natural gas, gas scheduling, tariffs, contracts and/or gas accounting. Experience should include 3+ years in gas scheduling or a related area.
- Some travel required.
- Required to rotate on call duties which results in working evening/weekend hours and rotate the holiday coverage as scheduled by the team.
Preferred Qualifications: Education and/or experience, knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a high skill set in Excel and Word.
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of Allegro – Horizon is a plus.
- Knowledge of scheduling in the Gulf, Midcontinent and West regions is a plus.
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
