Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems or related field
- 5+ years of managerial experience overseeing multiple direct reports working in this area of IT
- A minimum of 8-10 years of IT support/working experience with Quorum software products (TIPS or QPTM) or the Allegro/Horizon systems—including overseeing and/or developing custom extensions or solutions for the Quorum and Allegro systems.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of working in relational databases (Oracle or SQL Server)—creating/maintaining views, procedures, etc.
- Experience with annual/project budgets and being responsible for cost center performance.
- Experience with software integration projects, including system upgrades/replacements.
- Extensive knowledge of Crystal Reports (or SSRS) and Excel
- Experience with Microsoft VSTS/Azure DevOps, TFS or GIT
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Visual Basic, C#, .Net, Java, HTML, JavaScript, Allegro Class Events, Flowcal, Jira, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, PowerPivot, Messenger+
- Experience in mergers/acquisitions and the related IT work involved to consolidate databases, systems, servers, etc.
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
