Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.
- Deep knowledge and 5 - 8 years of expertise in HCM modules with a strong understanding of the following PeopleSoft modules: Payroll, Benefits, and Core HR.
- Experience debugging Payroll issues.
- Experience in Open Enrollment configuration.
- Strong background in PS Query and reporting.
- Ability to define and setup new configurations, including HCM foundation tables
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Project Management experience.
- At least 1 full life cycle project implementations – including, configuration, functional specification preparation and guiding the technical team on packaged solution such as PeopleSoft.
- 5-10+ years of experience working in related business areas.
- Deep knowledge of upstream and downstream master data impacts.
- Ability to work under pressure and shift priorities as needed.
- Ability to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Uses business knowledge, innovative thinking, and sound judgment in the solution of problems or the pursuit of business opportunities.
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience with International HR and/or Payroll a plus

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
