- 4 year College degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years with advanced knowledge of Compression Packages, Engines and Field Construction
- Capability to multi-task with good organization skills
- Problem solving and decision making with minimal supervision
- Takes ownership of assignments and is focused on tasks given
- Capable to apply ASME, API, NEC and OSHA terms and guidelines on package applications
- Ability to read, comprehend and comment to technical specifications
- Read and modify technical P&ID diagrams for process and utility compressor package services
- The ability to lead and mentor others.

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
