Requirements:


Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:


• Bachelor's degree in a related field or additional equivalent experience


•2 - 5 years of related experience


• Must be able to read, interpret, and implement Compliance with Government Regulations or industry standards


• Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills


• Proficient and skilled in the Microsoft Suite of office software


• Ability to handle complex and highly confidential matters in a mature, professional manner


• Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills with ability to work in a fast paced environment on multiple, concurrent assignments


• Must be able to work effectively with a diverse workforce, set own priorities, and balance multiple jobs to meet deadlines


• Must exercise initiative, discretion, good judgment and tact in handling job responsibilities and assignments


Preferred Qualifications:


• Previous experience in the Crude Oil Industry is a plus


• Working knowledge of 49 CFR 194, 195, state driving safety regulations


Working Conditions:


The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.


• Typical normal office working conditions


• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing


• Must be able to travel consecutive days away from office


• Will require visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment
