Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
· Strong background in over the road logistics procedures and support tactics
· Experience in the logistics field related to the oil and gas industry is a plus
· Be highly organized and results driven with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects, tasks and programs simultaneously, with changing priorities and deadlines
· Be able to handle a strenuous workload in a fast-paced environment
· Time management, organizational skills and having a strong attention to detail is a must
· Strong ability to work as part of a team, as well as the ability to work independently as required
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills for determining and providing logistics support and solutions
· Good interpersonal skills to interact with internal/external customers, vendors and construction personnel
· Ability to deal with change quickly and come up with solid resolutions
· Proficient organizational, oral and written communication skills
· Ability to interface efficiently and professionally with internal and external clients and suppliers
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Strong personal computer software skills, including MS Office-Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
· Ability to manage a database of information to support the functions of the Logistics Department
· Willingness to learn new methods and procedures as well adapt well in a learning environment
· Strong knowledge of trucking industry terms including Over the Road (OTR), Less than Truck Load (LTL) and Small Package
· Knowledgeable in different modes of OTR transport such as flatbed, stepdeck, stretch trailer, double drops and specialty trailers as well as other modes of transportation
· General knowledge of 2020 Incoterms a plus
· High school or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years minimum equivalent work experience
· Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel will be required as needed.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
