Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High school diploma or general equivalency, some college or technical trade school preferred
- Must possess excellent math skills
Experience:
6+ years of related experience
Proficient in Measurement Design Review and Equipment Requirements
- Proficient in Flow Cal Liquids Application setup, configurations and system balances
- Proficient in Prove-it/Pyc-it/Test-it applications, (Server and standalone applications)
- Proficient in Statistical Meter Factor tracking and trending
- Proficient in Flow Computer Setup, Configurations and Archive Structures, (OMNI, ROC, SPIRIT, DYNAMIC, etc.)
- Proficient in analyzing, and the Integration of, Third Party Equipment
- Proficient knowledge of Flow Cal file formats and import processes
- Working knowledge of, (including software troubleshooting), meter performance verifications using portable and/or stationary provers
- Working knowledge of, (including software troubleshooting), meter density/API Gravity verifications using a Pycnometer and/or Hydrometer
- Working knowledge of calibrations, inspections and maintenance of all instrumentation related to quality and quantity determination.
- Working knowledge of the operations of custody transfer measurement facilities in compliance with applicable specifications, codes, safety standards and operating procedures.
- Working knowledge in the operations of, troubleshooting of, and repair of, measurement equipment, including; Meters, stationary & portable provers, samplers, flow computers and other peripheral measurement-related devices
- Working knowledge of Measurement Instrumentation Specifications and Design
- Working knowledge of Terminal Automation System(s) database structure
- Working knowledge of Laboratory Management System(s) database structure
- Working knowledge and understanding of Network Configuration and Design
- Working knowledge and understanding of Control System Design
- Working knowledge and understanding of SCADA System Design
- Working knowledge and field assistance with asset Commissioning and Start-Up
- Detailed knowledge of applicable EPA, DOT, RRC, OSHA, NEC, AGA, API, GPA and ASTM requirements and procedures
Working Conditions:
Exposure to hazardous conditions, adverse weather, cramped conditions.
Some heavy lifting required.
Walk, stand, kneel/stoop and drive for extended periods.
Subject to 24 hour call out 7 days per week with possible extended workdays
Must have a proven safe driving record
