Specialist - Regional Systems

Required Education:

• High school diploma or GED.

Required Qualifications:

• Requires a minimum 6+ years of experience in a midstream operations role or relevant pipeline field experience.
• Working knowledge and understanding of Scada System or relevant pipeline field experience.
• Working knowledge and understanding of gas gathering system or relevant pipeline field experience.
• Working knowledge and understanding of gas measurement or relevant pipeline field experience.
• Familiarity with pipeline systems, compressor stations, and gas field operations or relevant pipeline field experience.
• Ability to read and understand gathering system maps, mapping software, pipeline and plant schematics or relevant pipeline field experience.
• PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Earth or relevant pipeline field experience.
• Knowledge of applicable EPA, DOT, RRC, OSHA, AGA, API and GPA requirements and procedures or relevant pipeline field experience.
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work affectively alone or in a team environment.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some college or technical trade school is preferred.
• A current 107 UAS License preferred

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

• Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Driving, walking, and standing frequently.
• Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting.
  Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
