To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for the position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting VP/General Manager and above level. Other relevant experience will be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, with ability to work in a team setting supporting several people and manage multiple tasks at one time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, administrative certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
- Past experience supporting a VP or GM level at a large publicly traded company.
- Past experience with contract screening, organization, and storage according to retention guidelines highly desired.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to think outside the box, learn on the fly, and make things happen.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate an innate desire and commitment to go above and beyond, exceeding expectations.
Software Knowledge:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, OpenText, and SAP applications highly desired.
