The position will be responsible for managing Active Directory, Email flow, Office 365 cloud services and other authentication/security related functions like PKI, KMS, ADFS etc.,. The incumbent will manage/provide these services working in a team and participating in on-call rotation for after hours support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the multiple Active Directory forests/domains
2. Manage the Office 365 services and monitor the health of the cloud
3. Write power shell scripts for reports and alerts for both AD and Office 365
4. Manage the Netwrix, Splunk and NetIQ tools
5. Administer the PKI infrastructure (internal and external)
6. Administer the KMS services
7. Administer ADFS services
8. Manage the DNS services (internal and external)
9. Participate in Disaster Recovery Planning, Documentation, Testing and Deployment to the DR location

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

1.Active Directory and DNS – 5 years of experience
2. Office 365 – 4 years of experience
3. Power Shell Scripting  - 4 years of experience
4. Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) – 3 years of experience
5. Certificate Services (PKI) and Key Management Services (KMS) – 2 years of experience
6. Splunk, NetIQ DRA, Netwrix – 2 years of Experience

7. Team player with excellent written & verbal communication skills

8. Customer Service orientation - Ability to interface with users across the company from different states remotely (from PA to Hawaii)

9. 5 - 8 years overall experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Microsoft certification on Office 365 or Windows 2016 or Exchange 2016
2. ITIL Certification
3. Project Management Professional (PMP)

Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
1. Usually, normal office working conditions.

2. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
