Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

1.Active Directory and DNS – 5 years of experience
2. Office 365 – 4 years of experience
3. Power Shell Scripting  - 4 years of experience
4. Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) – 3 years of experience
5. Certificate Services (PKI) and Key Management Services (KMS) – 2 years of experience
6. Splunk, NetIQ DRA, Netwrix – 2 years of Experience

7. Team player with excellent written & verbal communication skills

8. Customer Service orientation - Ability to interface with users across the company from different states remotely (from PA to Hawaii)

9. 5 - 8 years overall experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

1. Microsoft certification on Office 365 or Windows 2016 or Exchange 2016
2. ITIL Certification
3. Project Management Professional (PMP)


Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
1. Usually, normal office working conditions.

2. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
