Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 5 - 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

PREFERRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
 
  • Working knowledge of the Nederland Terminal operations.
  • Prior scheduling experience in the energy industry or operational experience in the energy industry.
  • A general understanding of Marine, Railcar, and Pipeline operations.  
  • College degree preferred or 5-8 years of equivalent work experience.
   
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: 
  • High level of dedication and a can-do attitude.  Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a constantly changing work environment.  Works as a team player and assists peers as needed. 
  • Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to organize, perform, and prioritize various functions in a fast paced environment meeting time sensitive deadlines
  • Strong Excel Spreadsheet and computer skills.
  • Background in pipeline, railcar, and marine operations, pipeline scheduling, or accounting.
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must be able to work flexible hours in the event of a project start up and emergency upset.
