Essential Requirements: Experience, Educational & Special Training Required:
· High school education or equivalent.
· 8+ years of related experience.
· Strong understanding of the execution of construction contracts
· Strong understanding of the facilities and equipment in a crude oil pipeline/storage environment.
· Must be team oriented, self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety, operational, and environmental policies.
· Ensure regular and effective safety, regulatory and industry practice training for Construction Team.
· Good written and verbal skills
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Effective use of computers/software
· Attention to detail with strong analytical, business, and entrepreneurial skills.
· Good understanding of federal and state codes and regulations for the pipeline industry. Supervise team(s) of both contract and full time to work on various pipeline and storage related construction projects.
· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local codes and regulations.
Preferred Skills:
· 5 years construction industry experience preferred
· 5 years natural gas plant/pipeline industry and/or oil/gas industry experience
· Experience working with pressure vessels and equipment
