Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 8+ years in mechanical analysis techniques.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of operations and maintenance of engines, gas turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors.
- Above average hardware and software computer skills are necessary to support the equipment in the field that is being utilized to gather the information for trending evaluation.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent human relations skills. In-depth knowledge of Company procedures, Industry-related safety standards, and applicable Federal and State regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Above-average analytical skills are needed to identify and evaluate machinery performance and condition levels utilizing the condition Monitoring System.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Operating, DOT, and EPA Procedures, Engineering Standards, OSHA and Safety practices, and routine administrative duties.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a supervisory or lead role.

Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Position is based in industrial/manufacturing settings which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment
