Position Summary

The Associate Analyst, Branding & Imaging plays a critical support role on Sunoco LP’s high-performing Branding & Imaging team. This individual will serve as the operational liaison between the Branding team and key internal stakeholders such as Procurement and Equipment. Primary responsibilities include PO creation and equipment tracking, reporting and data analysis, and cross-functional support to help accelerate project completion and get sites fueling faster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between Branding & Imaging, Procurement, and Equipment teams
  • Support PO creation and equipment ordering/tracking to streamline project delivery
  • Assist with reporting and data entry to support project tracking and team performance metrics
  • Track vendor performance and maintain data to inform vendor and installer selection
  • Contribute to the creation of a Preferred Installer Program, including scorecards and a recommendation tool
  • Provide general administrative support to 8 Project Managers on the Imaging team
  • Help identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
  • Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deliverables
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field preferred
    • 1–2 years of experience in an analytical, operations, or project support role (internship experience considered)
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
    • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
    • Solid understanding of data analysis, reporting, and Excel modeling
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
