Associate Analyst - Supply
Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 32 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean, and Europe. Summary:
The Associate Analyst supports the Supply Team by assisting with vendor and customer setup, deal entry, pricing activities, accounting reconciliation, and analytical support. This role works closely with Supply, Accounting, Supply Optimization, Integration, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy, efficient processes, and timely resolution of issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate customer and new vendor setups, ensuring accurate coordination across systems and teams
Enter and maintain supply deals into Right Angle deal entry system, validating contract terms, pricing structures, and required data fields
Serve as the primary liaison between the Supply and Accounting teams to resolve pricing and auto matching issue
Perform root cause analysis on pricing discrepancies and auto‑matching exceptions.
Identify and implement solutions to minimize recurring exceptions and improve process efficiency
Perform monthly price adjustment calculations per counterparty communications
Update systems with pricing changes
Communicate pricing updates to relevant internal stakeholders
Support Integration on site transfers for M&A activity
Provide analytical support to the Supply Team, including market analysis and contract review.
Assist with ad hoc reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools preferred
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level
- The Associate/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant job related experience

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Complete all travel and expense related reports.
Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends
