Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 47 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico. The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 9,500 miles of pipeline and over 100 terminals. This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership's fuel distribution operations, which serve approximately 10,000 convenience stores, independent dealers, commercial customers, and distributors.

Primary Responsibility:

As a co-op your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Learn the Sunoco LP fuel business and provide support as it relates to Business Systems for various teams within the Commercial organization.
  • Provide Supply & Trading Business Systems team with comparative analysis of product movements against contractual requirements, provide reporting and coordinate corrective actions with various teams including Transportation, Supply & Trading, and Data Management.
  • Create and provide teams with metrics and reports that allow for business optimization in our supply chain.
  • Provide analyses and corrective actions related to purchased product price discrepancies with suppliers and order to cash systems.
  • Support the customer master data and sale deal creation activities as they apply to the integration of new business.

Daily Functions:

  • Review truck movement transactions, identify exceptions to the plan, report and distribute metrics.
  • Interact with Transportation to identify root cause of product supply deviation and determine corrective action.
  • Review daily vendor price discrepancies and investigate root causes and report out problem resolutions.
  • Interact with Transportation, Supply systems, Scheduling, Supply Chain, and Business Systems teams.

As Needed:

  • Assist Business Systems team with daily system updates and customer deal modifications in the order to cash system.
