Assist in fuel logistics for all business units, retail, dealer and wholesale sites including supply, pricing, inventory management, scheduling, dispatch, and carrier communications.

o   Customer Service

o   Provides friendly customer service by responding to customer inquiries and concerns with 24 hour accessibility.

o   Serves customers by maintaining our organizations friendly philosophy, supported by a value proposition that every experience will be fast and friendly.

o   Represents Company interests with the highest standards of professionalism.

o   Assist in monitoring and maintaining sufficient inventory of all products for sites in which company inventory is managed.

o   Drive Sales

o   Assist daily with pricing for telemarketing and monitor market and mid-day price changes in order to optimize profit potentials as the market changes.

o   Operations

o   Work assigned shift

o   Professional communications skills with both employees and customers

o   Know how to maintain adequate levels of inventory in a constantly moving commodity market to manage risk.

o   Continuously monitor the terminal allocations and inventory to adequately dispatch and efficiently route carriers as well as meet out supply contract commitments.

o   Notify essential personnel about any outage or supply disruptions.

o   Ensure the proper lift points and terminals are assigned to each load   according to contract, telemarketing and freight requirements.

o   Collaborate with carriers to ensure all deliveries are completed within assigned window and all sites have adequate fuel at all times.

o   Schedule orders effectively; monitor and assign order to common carriers and Sunoco Energy Services.

o    Communicate with carriers to ensure and secure availability for scheduled work.

o   Receive calls from carriers to answer questions regarding loads, supply, and routes, weather, site issues and any challenges, etc.

o   Contact carriers as needed with questions about orders completed with the time frame allotted (drivers running behind, ETA's, load changes, etc.).

o   Performs other various duties as assigned.



o   High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.

o   Bachelor’s degree preferred.

o   Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in fuel logistics is preferred.

o   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

o   Some experience with dispatch programs, TMW preferred.
