Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience total, one (1) providing written customer service.
  • Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and have a demonstrated track record of delivering top-tier customer support.
  • Very technologically savvy, capable of using multiple systems at one time.
  • Available to work 7a-6p initially, with some rare, but possible, nights, weekends, or holidays required.
 
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred but not required.
  • Candidates with experience in the energy sector preferred however will consider others with strong customer service experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate as part of a dynamic, changing, and fun team.
  • Ability to multi-task is a must.
