Director - International Human Resources
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a Fortune 500 company.
- Proven experience in international HR operations, employee relations, labor negotiations, and executive support.
- Experience managing expatriate programs and navigating international recruiting and labor laws.
- Exceptional communication and people skills with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and work autonomously.
- Ability to travel extensively to oversee HR initiatives and build relationships across global locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Master’s degree in Human resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
Working Conditions:
- The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
