DOT Drug and Alcohol Compliance Analyst
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- DER Certification and 3 to 5 years of DER related experience

Strong Knowledge of PHMSA and/or FMCSA DOT drug & alcohol regulations.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to build strong internal and external relationships
- Contract administration experience preferred· Bachelor’s degree preferred
Software:
- Microsoft Office, Adobe, DocuSign, Sharepoint, Peoplesoft
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Associate Analyst level requires 0-2 years of relevant job-related experience
- The Analyst level requires 2-5 years of relevant job-related experience
- The Senior Analyst level requires 5-8 years of relevant job-related experience
- The Lead Analyst level requires 8+ years of relevant job-related experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Contract administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Usually normal office working conditions
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
