Lead Analyst - Pricing Analytics
Essential Requirements:
Experience, Educational & Special Training Required
- BS in MIS, IT, Finance, Economics with masters preferred
- 5+ years technical experience desired.
- Data and reporting infrastructure using Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, (other systems...) to provide real time insights into the pricing environment
- High analytical skills, coding, data mining, experience building of internal facing dashboards
- Handles complex projects with little supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with internal stakeholders to report on KPIs across different business channels
- Strong work ethic and drive

Special Characteristics:
- Research, analyze, and implement data analytics across a diverse network of retail gasoline stations.
- Provide accurate statistical data and recommend changes in pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
