Lead Specialist - CRM

Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business or finance
-
7 to 10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard management
-
3 to 5 years of experience in program and project management
-
2 to 3 years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM application preferred
-
2 to 3 years of experience managing and directing training programs preferred
-
Prior experience with process improvement and process mapping preferred
-
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
-
5 to 7 years of experience in C-Store or Grocery channels of trade preferred
-
Must be self-starter and have ability to work in a highly visible, fast-paced environment independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
