Sunoco is looking for a CRM Lead Specialist to drive the adoption of Salesforce with the organization and work with key business partners to develop improved workflow and enhanced reporting capabilities within the tool. The CRM Lead Specialist will work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service and other departments to build out and develop enhanced processes and reporting that helps our internal partners drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business groups and IT to implement enhancements to workflow and process within CRM tool and recommend operational measures to capture adherence to process
  • Partner with department heads across multiple lines of business to design solutions using industry and company enterprise standards through Salesforce
  • Identify opportunity areas for process improvement within tool and work with internal teams to implement
  • Partner with key stakeholders to enhance operational reports/dashboards and produce ad hoc analyses
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure reports are being utilized by field teams and provide pertinent information that can be used to manage the business
  • Work with internal teams to identify needs and recommend solutions
  • Be a subject matter expert in developing ad hoc reports and dashboards within Salesforce tailored to various users’ needs
  • Conduct organized user training sessions for new features, dashboards, upgrades, etc. made to Salesforce
  • Act as a liaison between the business and IT to provide requirements on enhancements as well as support day-to-day operations of the users
  • Provide and lead programs to support the Fix the Basic initiative across the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business or finance
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard management
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in program and project management
  • 2 to 3 years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM application preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of experience managing and directing training programs preferred
  • Prior experience with process improvement and process mapping preferred
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in C-Store or Grocery channels of trade preferred
  • Must be self-starter and have ability to work in a highly visible, fast-paced environment independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
