The IT SAP Integration (PI/PO) Developer will be accountable for analyzing and designing Integration and Interoperability domain architecture to meet the information technology and business requirements for Energy Transfer. This individual t will play a significant role in the definition and implementation of the application strategy, including architecture, design, and roadmaps. The successful candidate will perform work that is highly complex, varied in nature, and span multiple functional areas. The SAP Integration Architect will serve as the technical expert in SAP integration technologies and govern the use of these tools. This individual will also ensure the optimum utilization of existing integration platforms such as SAP PI/PO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Plans, directs and coordinates activities in order to ensure project goals are accomplished within defined constraints.

Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.

Problem Resolution:
-
Provide SAP support including analysis, development, testing, tracking, and resolution.
-
Research production problems and/or enhancement issues and make appropriate code changes to the system. Initiate action and evaluate issues to develop alternative solutions. Apply expert knowledge and experience to resolve problems.

Key member of the SAP Integration Support team responsible for the technical design and deliverables.

Log issues and maintain status in issue tracking system for prioritizing work and reporting status.

Support new project initiatives with technical analysis, development, and recommendations for executing Integration solutions

Supports the integration environment and solutions, including off-hours support of business-critical integration solutions.

Provide technical expertise for system design, testing, implementation and support

Perform technical solution design, unit testing, and technical documents authoring

Assists in resolving production support problems. Develops and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems

Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews
-
Good knowledge of SAP releases and patches, including applying OSS notes
-
Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Identifies issues as appropriate
-
Collaborate and provide excellent customer service to end users by working closely with the Functional, Development, BASIS, and Security teams within the ERP division and project teams, to deliver high quality solutions on time

Ability to work periodic evenings and weekends for production support and implementations as needed

Uses extensive IT Development knowledge at domain level and supports change management and business adoption of technologies.

Good understanding of the Business Requirements and ability to translate them to Solution Implementation and Deliverables, along with estimates for delivery

Knowledge Transfer/Mentor:
-
Develop and conduct SAP training and knowledge transfer to business clients.

Proactively train other IT resources to further develop their understanding of SAP application and business processes.

SOX Compliance:
-
Ensure that changes/enhancements are completed using appropriate SOX control processes. Recommend/implement SOX change control process changes as necessary.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 8+ years of progressive SAP Integration hands on experience leading up to Architect level work in a consultative and/or IT capacity with at least 5 SAP project implementations of high complexity, large scale and global user base
- Expert on SAP integration technologies such as PI/PO, HCI, APIM, SLT
- Web Services API Programming – REST, SOAP, XML, JSON
- Hands-on experience of SAP Cloud Platform - API management for end to end lifecycle from build, mask, publish and monetize of an API.
- Strong knowledge on usage of standard policies, policy flows and policy templates on SCP API Management
- Strong knowledge on Python, Javascript to build SCP APIM policy flows and policy templates and build API specification with OpenAPI specification model.
- Strong experience in integrating SAP On premise products and Cloud products and SSO, Security enablement
- Utilize SAP PI/PO 7.5 and SAP Cloud Platform Integration or HCI tools (mapping tools/editors) and be proficient in different mapping styles (Graphical Mapping, Java Mapping, Groovy Script, XSLT Mapping.)
- Hands-on experience in setting up EDI integrations utilizing SAP PO B2B Add-on solution
- Good understanding of EDI concepts including various EDI formats such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT
- Experience in setting up B2B integrations using technologies such as Rosettanet Implementation Framework (RNIF), Ariba cXML, etc.,
- Hands-on experience of SAP Cloud Platform - API management for end to end lifecycle from build, mask, publish and monetize of an API.
- Good aptitude in learning leading integration tools such as SAP Cloud platform, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi etc.
- SAP Data Services and Business Intelligence solutions
- Knowledge and experience with business process management [BPM] and service-oriented architecture [SOA] technologies.
- Prior experience of designing and leading the development of custom Innovations on SAP Cloud Platform or S/4 On-premise
- Maintained high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

The Senior IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience

The Lead IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
-
The Principal IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant job related experience.

Previous experience in Midstream Oil & Gas industry is a plus

SAP Certification is a plus

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
