Manager – Pipeline Integration (Product Movement & Scheduling)
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 8–10 years of experience in pipeline operations, scheduling, integration, or related midstream roles.
- Demonstrated experience working with refined products pipeline systems; exposure to NGL assets preferred where integrated with refined products operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of pipeline operations, scheduling, system constraints, and product movement.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced operating environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impacts.
- High level of judgment and decision-making ability under time-sensitive conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently while effectively influencing teams without direct authority.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with pipeline scheduling, operational, or accounting support systems such as PFIS, PLS, and Entero, or the ability to quickly learn similar systems.
Working Conditions

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate.
